Our Mission Statement – The Recovery House is a place to celebrate God’s healing power in our lives by applying simple steps and principles of recovery. This experiences allows us to be changed. We start this process by sharing our experiences, strengths and hopes with one another. Soon we become willing to accept God’s grace in solving our problems. By applying these Biblical principles, we being to grow spiritually and are set free from our addictive, compulsive and dysfunctional behaviors. This freedom creates peace, serenity, joy and most importantly, a stronger personal relationship with God and others. As we progress through the program, we discover our personal, loving and forgiving Higher Power, Jesus Christ, the one and only true Higher Power.

Vision Statement – The vision is for The Recovery House to provide a safe place where individuals can find healing and restoration. A place of grace where people of all ages can find freedom from their hurts, habits, and hang-ups.Where all who participate will experience God’s unconditional love and forgiveness…finding an open door which will lead to healing for themselves while helping others; ultimately leading to changed lives…and walking in the freedom and victory of Christ.

2. “We believe that God created man in His image, but that Adam and Eve rebelled against God introducing sin into this world. Ever since then, all men have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.”

3. “We believe that Jesus Christ died for the sins of the entire world and freely offers salvation to all who call on and put faith in Him. He is the only way to heaven and the only name that can be called upon to gain eternal life.”

5. “We believe that Jesus Christ wants to be the Lord of our lives, not just the Savior. As a result, we need to die to ourselves, forsake all, take up our crosses, and follow Him. We should be who He wants us to be, do what He wants us to do, and go where He wants us to go.”

10. “We believe that it is the responsibility of the Church to take the Gospel into the entire world as a testimony to all nations. Every member in the body of Christ must play a role in building the kingdom and taking the Good News to all creation, making disciples, baptizing them, and teaching them to obey everything that Jesus taught.”
