Recover Your Mission is a faith-based nonprofit 508(c)(1)(A) organization providing recovery, coaching, and support resources to Christian women and to the people of Haiti. In order to better provide you with the products and services we offer, we may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

- First and last name

- Email address

- Phone number

If you purchase our products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services. These may include: (a) registering for an account; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services; (f) opting in to receive SMS text messages from us. To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us. III. SMS/Text Messaging Communications

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from us, we may collect and use that phone number to send you SMS text messages related to workshop and event registration confirmations, coaching program updates and reminders, appointment and session reminders, and other ministry-related communications you have requested.

By opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages from Recover Your Mission. Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information described in this Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, regardless of purpose.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. For assistance, reply HELP to any message, or contact us using the information in Section XV (Contact Information) below.

You must be 18 years of age or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to opt in to receive SMS text messages from Recover Your Mission.

IV. Sharing Information with Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or lease our customer lists to third parties.

We do not sell biometric data to third parties.

We may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to us, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information. As described in Section III (SMS/Text Messaging Communications) above, text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for any purpose.

IX. Right to Deletion

Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:

XI. Children Under 13

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of 13, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this platform. Please also see Section III (SMS/Text Messaging Communications) above regarding the age requirement for our SMS program.

XII. Email Communications

From time to time, we may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. In order to improve our services, we may receive a notification when you open an email from us or click on a link therein. 
 

If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from us, you may opt out of such communications by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.

XIII. External Data Storage Sites

We may store your data on servers provided by third-party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted.

We reserve the right to change this Policy from time to time, for example, when there are changes in our services, changes in our data protection practices, or changes in the law.
